I'm a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, accredited family mediator and parenting coordinator with more than 30 years' experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families.

Support for couples, parents and families, including reunification therapy after periods of disconnection.
Neurodiversity
Working with neurodivergent people and their families, including those living with autism, ADHD and PDA.
Life transitions & crises
Support through anxiety, depression, grief and significant change, at any stage of life.

Understanding people, in context.
Every person is different. Every family is different. Every relationship is different. I work collaboratively and without judgement, recognising that not everything needs to be “fixed” — sometimes what people need most is greater understanding, acceptance, or a different way of navigating their circumstances.
Trust, rapport and genuine human connection matter enormously. My practice is inclusive and welcoming of all, including people whose identities, families or relationships sit outside conventional expectations.

In-person consultations from my private practice in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, as well as online consultations.
Registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the HPCSA and with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).
Consultations may be claimed from medical aid, subject to your scheme and benefits. I charge medical aid rates.
