How we can work together
I'm a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, accredited family mediator and parenting coordinator with more than 30 years' experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families.
I offer therapy, family mediation, parenting coordination and reunification therapy, supporting people experiencing personal challenges, relationship and family difficulties, and difficult transitions, including separation and divorce. I also have an interest in working with neurodivergent people and their families, including those with ASD, ADHD and PDA.
Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy with adults, adolescents and children, for anxiety, depression, grief, stress and significant life transitions.
Family & relationship therapy
Support for couples, parents and families navigating conflict, disconnection or change, including reunification therapy.
Family mediation
Helping families reach workable agreements during separation, divorce or co-parenting disputes, with an emphasis on constructive, non-adversarial ways forward.
Parenting coordination
Practical, ongoing support to help separated or divorced parents implement parenting plans and resolve day-to-day disagreements.
Parenting support & guidance
Guidance for parents experiencing challenges with children or adolescents, or periods of family change.
Neurodiversity support
Working with neurodivergent people and their families, including those navigating ASD, ADHD and PDA (persistent drive for autonomy).
A practice for the whole family
My in-person practice is based in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, with most clients coming from the southern suburbs and south peninsula. Online consultations are also available.
Consultations & fees
- Location: In-person consultations from my private practice in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, as well as online consultations.
- Professional registration: Registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).
- Medical aid: Consultations may be claimed from medical aid, subject to your medical scheme, plan and available benefits. I charge medical aid rates.
